Meet The Team
Say hello to the people behind the curtain. We may hail from different countries, backgrounds and industries but we have one important thing in common: we all want to make society a little more equal, and we think the Foundation is one way to do that.
Mikael Johansson

Mike is one of the co-founders of the Foundation and focuses most of his time on the overall strategic management of the foundation charity and Storytellers business, leaning on his corporate and entrepreneurial background. Get in touch with Mike to discuss any aspect of the organisation.
Bella Okuya

Bella programmes and manages all aspects of the training programme from delivering professional development workshops, hiring workshop tutors and overseeing the Foundation strategy and team. Get in touch with Bella if you’d like to deliver a workshop, set a commercial brief for the trainees or can offer a placement.
Gianandrea Traina
Photographer & Studio Manager
My journey in photography started when I inherited my grandfather’s old camera – little did I know that this small 35mm would trace the path of my career. Although my work spreads from portraiture to still life, all of my images find common ground in the approach: it’s not about taking a picture, but making it. Among my portraits you can find some familiar faces such as Danny Boyle, AJ Tracy, Kiefer Sutherland, Will Poulter, Little Simz, The Specials, The Idles, Dido, RZA, Sheryl Crow and Black Francis to name a few.
