Conal Presho

A North Londoner with four wonderful kids, I’ve spent the last 20 years working in the charity sector for a range of causes, but mostly for charities that are committed to improving the lives of young people in less advantaged areas of London.

After 18 months of sheltering due to COVID, I’m excited to join the amazing team here at The Photography Foundation to help them secure the funds we need to reach as many young adults in London as possible, and hopefully across the UK as we continue to grow.

I’ve been interested in photography since I was a kid and I stole my mum’s camera to take 30 pictures of a fence. She’s never forgiven me and I’m not sure my composition skills have improved all that much, but there’s nothing I enjoy more than walking around London with my ancient Canon camera, trying and failing to emulate the work of my favourite photographers.
